胡萝卜与川西獐牙菜不对称体细胞杂交

摘　　要：川西獐牙菜 (SwertiamusstiiFranch)原生质体经 2 6 0 μW cm2 紫外线照射 30s、1min、2min、3min后 ,与胡萝卜(DaucuscarotaL .var.sativeDC)原生质体在PEG诱导下融合 .融合再生的 110个单细胞克隆形态学、染色体、同功酶分析表明 ,35个含有酯酶及 或过氧化物酶同工酶的双亲特征带 ,部分杂种产生新带 ,染色体数目多为 16～ 18,确证它们为体细胞杂种 .The protoplasts of Swertia musstii irradiated by ultraviolet light (UV) at an intensity of 260?μW/cm2 for 30 s, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min respectively were fused with those of Daucus carota L. var. sative Wild by PEG method. The regenerated 110 clones, everyone derived from a single fused cell, were examined for their hybrid nature by phenotype, isozyme and chromosome analysis. The results reveal that 35 clones of them are somatic hybrids.
