摘　　要：邓小平管理思想的产生是我国现代化建设对管理理论的必然要求,有着极其丰富的内容,唯物辩证法是邓小平管理思想的哲学基础。管理中国化、现代化是邓小平建设中国特色社会主义理论与实践在管理领域中的体现,是邓小平管理思想的根本出发点和归宿。The birth of Deng Xiaoping' s teachings in management is a demand of the socialistic construction of our country on management theories. With extremely rich content, it is based on materialist dialectic. The modernization of management with Chinese characteristics is the realization of Deng Xiaoping' s theory and practice of constructing socialist society in the field of management. It is also the starling - point and the final goal of Deng Xiaoping's teachings in management.
