摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的发展,现代物流在发达国家已成为新兴支柱产业,在继降低资源消耗和提高 生产效率之后,被称为"第三种利润源泉"。物流市场的兴起使得第三方物流的作用也越来越被人们所重视。 文章针对我国物流市场的现状,提出了我国第三方物流企业发展的战略。With the development of information technology, modem logistics has been considered to be a newly-developed core industry, known as 'the source of the third profit' after the reduction of resource consumption and the improvement of productivity. The rise of the logistics market has attracted people' s more attention on the funitions of the third party logistics. This dissertation presented the developing strategics for Third Party Logistics according to the current situations of the logistics market in China.
