摘　　要：近年来,我国市场经济中的信用缺失问题严重,信用缺失已经成为我国市场经济发展的制约因素。而信用机制与财产权制度有内在的联系,从财产权角度分析信用缺失问题,为我国重建信用制度提供了一个新的视角。Recently, the imperfect credit of market economy is very serious in our country. It is restricting the market economy development in our country. There is an internal relation between property and credit. It will supply us with a new point of view to reconstruct the credit system of market economy.
