摘  要:无机蓄热材料过冷现象比较普遍,本文报道对磷酸氢二钠作为低温蓄热材料的性能改进实验研究。加入适量的抗过冷剂(成核剂)和抗沉淀剂。分析不同比例试样放热的步冷曲线。通过示差扫描量热(DSC)法,计算和综合评估玻璃化转移温度、相变温度及相变热。结果表明磷酸氢二钠蓄热材料相变温度在49~57℃,相变时间可达10~22min。Overcooling phenomena are generally encountered for inorganic heat-storing materials This paper reports the investigation for performance improvement of the two-sodium phosphoric acid hydrogen as low-temperature heat-storing material, by adding overcooling- resistance agent ( nucle-forming agent ) and precipitating-resistance agent. The cooling-step curves of the exothermicity for samples with different proportion of additives are analyzed. Employing the Difference Scanning Calibration ( DSC ) method, the glassization shift- temperature and the phase transition temperature and heat are calculated. and appraised It reveals that the range of phase transition temperature and time of the two-sodium phosphoric acid hydrogen are 49-57?℃and 10-22?min, respectively.
