摘　　要：报道了81份特殊用途化妆品(包括染发剂、育发剂、健美类和美乳类)的Ames试验检测结果。发现4份染发剂、1份健美霜和1份美乳霜的致突变试验呈阳性反应。本文还对可能影响染发剂致突变性的因素进行了讨论。The present paper reports the results of Ames test detection in 81 kinds of cosmetics for special use,including hair dyes,hair tonics,beautifi- cation mammae agents,as well as health and beauty agents.The results show that there are positive responses of Ames test in samples of 4 Kinds of hair dyes,1 mammae beautification cream and 1 health and beauty cream.The factors possibly affected the mutagenicity of hair dyes are discussed in the paper as well.
