摘  要:高温固相反应合成了钐离子激活的MF_2-MgF_2磷光体,考察了合成条件及基质组成对钐离子价态的影响,并讨论了荧光光谱与基质及钐离子价态间的关系.The phosphors MMgF4(M = Ca, Sr, Ba) doped with samarium ions were synthesized in H2 steam, Ar steam and in air, respectively. Reaction conditions affect the valency of samarium ions. When the samples were synthesized in H2 steam, the emission spectrum of Sm2+ ions were observed in BaMgF4; the emission spectra of both Sm2+ and Sm3+ ions were observed in SrMgF4, but only the emission of Sm3+ions was observed in CaMgF4. Experiments indicate that the stability of divalent samarium ions has bearing on the compositions of matrixes, it is to say that the radius and the ratio of charge-radius of substituted cations are very important factors to affect the variety of valency of samarium ions.
