血清和尿液转化生长因子β_1与糖尿病肾病关系的研究  被引量:8

摘  要:目的探讨转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowthfactorβ1,TGF-β1)与糖尿病肾病(DN)的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA法)检测78例2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者血清和尿液中TGF-β1水平。结果2-DM患者血清TGF-β1水平(12.9±10.0)μg蛐L,明显高于正常对照组的(2.7±0.9)μg蛐L(P<0.01),尿液TGF-β1水平(6.7±6.4)μg蛐24h,亦明显高于正常对照组的(1.2±0.6)μg蛐24h(P<0.01)。2-DM各亚组间比较,微量蛋白尿期亚组和大量蛋白尿期亚组患者血清TGF-β1水平分别为(16.0±6.7)μg蛐L、(21.2±9.0)μg蛐L,比正常蛋白尿期亚组患者的(2.9±1.3)μg蛐L明显升高(均P<0.01);微量蛋白尿期亚组和大量蛋白尿期亚组患者尿液TGF-β1水平分别为(8.0±4.9)μg蛐24h、(12.0±6.6)μg蛐24h,比正常蛋白尿期亚组患者的(1.2±0.7)μg蛐24h明显升高(均P<0.01);大量蛋白尿期亚组血清和尿液TGF-β1水平均显著高于微量蛋白尿期亚组(均P<0.05);血清与尿液TGF-β1水平的变化情况一致。结论在DN早期,患者血、尿TGF-β1水平就已开始升高,随着DN的进展,TGF-β1的水平显著增高,说明TGF-β1与DN的发病及发展有较密切的关系。血、尿TGF-β1水平可作为DN早期诊断的指标。目的探讨转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowthfactorβ1,TGF-β1)Objective To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor- (TGF- with pathogenesis and development of diabetic nephropathy(D N). Methods Serum and urinary TGF- were measured with enzyme-linked immunoab sorbent assay(ELISA) in 78 patients with type II diabetes mellitus (DM-Ⅱ). Resu lts The serum and urinary TGF- levels in DM-Ⅱpatients was significantly hig her than those in normal subjects. Serum TGF- levels in DM-Ⅱpatients with mi cro-and macro-albuminuria were significantly higher than those in patient withou t albuminuria. The serum and urinary TGF- levels in DN2 patients were signifi cantly higher than those in DN1 patients (P<0.05 ). Conclusion The serum and urinary TGF- levels might be related to pathogen esis and development of diabetic nephropathy.
