摘　　要：项目管理在现代企业工程中占有重要地位。项目可分解为子项目,子项目又可分解为一系列相关的任务,这些任务可以借助产品数据管理(PDM)中的工作流机制自动实现。项目管理就是保证各项任务按照项目进度顺利实现。这里分析了项目管理和过程管理集成的层次,对项目管理的内容做了初步探讨,并提供一个基于BITPDM项目管理的案例。Project Management is very important in the modern enterprises. It can be decomposed of some subprojects that can be sequentially decomposed of correlative tasks finished by use of the Workflow Management in Product Data Management ( PDM). Project Management provides environment in which all the tasks can be finished on schedule. The architecture of integfration between Project Management and Process Management is analyzed and the content of Project Management is discussed at the paper. At the end of this paper, a sample is given for Project Management basedBITPDM.
