肾小球硬化的中医病机探讨

摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭的晚期表现为尿毒病,是由于各种慢性肾脏疾病晚期肾功能减退引起的综合征。肾小球硬化时,少阳三焦枢机不利,不能正常维持其运化气血津液、输布元气的功能,五脏失调,肺脾肾功能障碍,湿瘀毒蕴结病机同时存在,而且互相交织,互相促进,形成恶性循环,以致形成终末期为诸脏俱衰、毒邪突出的病理局面。Urinaemia is the late manifestation of chronic renal failure. It is a syndrome caused by renal hypofunction in advanced stage of many chronic renal diseases. During sclerosis of renal glomeruli,abnormality of shaoyang triple warmer in “smoothing qi movement” makes the organism impossible to keep the function of transportation and transformation of Qi,blood and body fluids,the function of distributing renal primordial Qi,resulting in dysfunction of five viscera ,disturbance of lung,spleen,and kidney,accumulation of dampness,stasis,toxicity simultaneously. Furthermore they are interacted promoted each other,and a vicious cycle is set up,so that the pathologic profile of failure of all organs and prominence of toxic evil appear eventually.
