摘　　要：对实物期权方法与其在投资决策与技术评估中应用的相关文献进行分类整理,并就其中一些文献的观点与贡献加以评述。国外文献在方法与应用领域上有较大原创性,而国内文献大部分是基于国外同类文献的成果进行引进或引申应用。但国外实物期权应用的市场条件较充分,而国内由于金融衍生工具市场的不完善,使得实物期权的应用领域受到较大限制,不顾实际市场条件而运用实物期权进行技术评估的作法应谨慎。It classifies and discusses literatures related to the methods of real options in the applications of investment decision and technological assessment,and reviews some viewpoints and contribution. Researches out of China have more originality and innovation in approaches and fields of application than researches in China. As market of financial derivatives is less perfect in China than out of China,the method of real options should be cautious to use in decision making in China.
