摘　　要：通过比较研究与实证分析,对农业的概念进行了新的拓展,揭示出生物经济时代农业新的功能与使命,研究提出了农业易相发展理论和基于生物经济时代的新型农业体系,旨在为从根本上缓解当前中国“三农”问题、实现农业现代化提供一个具有理论指导作用和现实意义的概念框架。Life science and biotechnology will offer more wide and profound impact to agriculture in the upcoming bio-economy age of 21st century. It expands agriculture concepts to more areas. Through comparative study and substantial analysis,it proposes a new Yi-theory of Agricultural Development and produce a framework for the New Agriculture System in the context of bio-economy,both of which can give radical contribution to the solution of current “three agricultural issues” and the realization of agriculture modernization in China.
