摘  要:自带冠叶片因冠间接触碰撞而具有很好的减振效果。文中,自带冠叶片等效为弹簧 -质量模型;冠间的接触碰撞简化为有间隙的弹簧-干摩擦阻尼模型,建立了该结构的振动方程。响应的特性分析结果表明:当冠间的相对位移大于间隙值时,冠间的接触碰撞起作用,叶片的振动量随间隙的减小而减小;冠间刚度为叶片等效刚度的1. 3倍左右时,减振效果最好。同时,在冠间间隙可调的自带冠叶片冠间接触碰撞振动实验台上,测得了不同间隙下转子升速时叶片根部的动应变。实验结果和计算分析结果基本一致,进一步证明了这种结构是一种很好的减振结构。The advantages of damping structure are damping effect because of contract and impact between blade's tips. In this paper, the blade with tips can be equivalent to the model of spring with mass or beam with lumped mass. The contracting and impacting between blade's tips was equivalent to a damping of spring and dry friction with gap. The result made through analyzing the energy character shows that the character of blade response is the function of gap, stiffness. The damping relationship between gap of tip and blade vibration shows that the damp is acted on when the relative displacement of tips is great than gap, and vibration strength is weakening with the gap decreasing. The damping effect of blade is preferable when the stiffness between tips is about 1.3 times of blade equivalent stiffness. To test and verify the reliability of calculation result, a series of experiment were done on the platform of contracting and impacting of blade's tips. The analysis result of experiment shows that the dynamic tress is weakening with the gap decreasing. It is consistent with the result of numerical integration.
