南京口岸国际传染病疫情信息管理方法的研究

摘　　要：目的为适应建立卫生检疫风险预警及快速反应机制的要求,在南京口岸疫情管理客观实际的基础上,推进口岸国际传染病疫情的信息化建设。方法以"易表"XP数据库为操作平台,将动态的国际传染病疫情信息编制成《国际传染病疫区名录》表;将南京口岸传染病疫情信息的各项需求和指标设计了相应的录入窗口和报表格式。结果可进行《国际传染病疫区名录》表的适时更新,便于基层部门随时查询;使口岸传染病疫情信息具备了自动化处理流程,基层只需在录入窗口录入信息,便可自动生成多项报表、汇总表、统计表、统计图等并上传到管理部门;管理部门可将数据汇总、统计、分析并反馈。结论实现了国际传染病疫情信息和口岸卫生检疫、卫生监督各项传染病疫情信息的更新、上报、汇总统计等工作的数据库管理。Objective The main aim is to push information management of international infectious diseases in Nanjing ports. Methods Through the employment of 'E-grid XP'database,we compiled the list of Infected Area of International Infectious Diseases of alteration and schemed out The window of write down and Report forms of epidemic situation in Nanjing port. Results The list of infected area of international infectious diseases can renovate and consult at any moment ; From the window of write down to report forms and statistics came true automatization of deal with the flow. Conclusion Health Quarantine and Supervise of Nanjing port realized management of database of epidemic situation.
