带旋髂深动静脉髂骨瓣植骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

摘　　要：采用带旋髂深动静脉髂骨瓣植骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死76例,其中儿童组50例,年龄4～15岁,病程4个月～4年;成年组26例,年龄19～60岁,病程半年～7年。术后疗效随访:儿童组优良率为89％,成年组为76％。作者对于手术时机和术式的选择,以及术后髋关节功能锻炼作了探讨。Ischaemic necrosis of the femoral head was treated by bone grafting of iliac bone flap with the deep circumflex iliac artery and vein in 76 cases. Of which, children group, aged 4-15, was 50 cases, whose course was 4 months to 4 years; 27 cases was adult group, aged 19-60, the course was 6 months to seven / years. The follow-up after operation showed that good results was 89% in the children group, 76% in the adult group. The choise of the operative moment and of the operative type, and the functional training of the hip joint of the operation were discussed by the authors.
