1868名干部健康体检情况分析

摘　　要：目的　了解干部人群身体健康状况。方法　对 186 8名干部人群进行健康检查 ,做常规体格检查 ,查血常规、血糖、血脂、尿常规 ,心电图、B型超声波、X线胸片。结果　老年干部人群主要疾病患病率以高血压病居首位 (36 .7% ) ,其次为高血脂症 (30 .7% ) ,糖尿病 (9.8% ) ,冠心病 (3.5 % ) ;次要疾病患病率较高的是前列腺增生 (4 5 .4 % )、白内障 (37.7% )、肝囊肿 (33.8% )、牙龈炎 (30 .9% )、牙缺损 (2 5 .2 % )。结论　高血压病、高血脂症 ,冠心病是老年干部人群的主要流行疾病 ;Objective To investigate the heacth states of cadres.Methods Routine physical exzaminetion. blood routine test. fasting blood glucose.Serum liplid,urinary roueine test B type ultrasound and chest x-ray were carried out in 1 868 cadres aged 49～80 years old. Results Major diseses among elderly cadre swere hypertension(36.7%). hyperlipideamia, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, other secondary diseese were liver cgst(33.8%)、gingivitis(30.9%) tooth-defect and cataract.Conclusions Major disease among elderly cadres are hypertension. hyperlipideamia and cornary heart disease, we should do some health education and improve take some intervention meams for them
