髂外静脉及其属支的解剖和临床意义

摘　　要：观测40例成人尸体的髂外静脉及其属支,结果如下。1、髂外静脉长度左侧和右侧各为7.41±1.60cm和8.32±1.43cm,中段外径各为8.85±1.73mm。和8.89±1.22mm。2、旋髂深静脉长4.4±2.1cm,中段外径1.59±0.33mm。3、腹壁下静脉内、外侧支长度各为6.62±2.30cm和6.90±2.01cm,中段外径各为1.43±0.53mm和1.02±0.43mm。4、耻骨静脉长2.30±0.81cm,注入处外径1.27±0.77mm。5、髂外静脉属支类型:I型占51.3％,Ⅱ型占20％,Ⅲ型占5％和Ⅳ型占23.7％。文中就上述结果的意义作了讨论。The external iliac vein and its tributaries were observed and measured in 40 cases of adult cadavers. The main results were as follows. 1 , The lengths of the left and right external iliac vein were 7.41±1.60cm and 8.32±1.43cm; the external diameters in the middle portion of the veins were 8.85±1.73mm and 8.89±1.22mm, respectively. 2, The length of the deep iliac circumflex vein was 4.4±2.1cm; the external diameter in the middle portion of the vein was 1.59 ±0.33mm. 3, the lengths of lateral and medial branches of the inferior epigastric vein were 6.62±2.30cm and 6.90±2.01cm; the external diameter in the middle portion of the branches were 1.43 ± 0.53mm and 1.02 ± 0.43mm, respectively. 4, The length of the pubic vein was 2.30±0.81cm and the external diameter in the place of the entrance was 1.27 ± 0.77mm. 5, The types of the tributaries of the external iliac vein may be classified into four : the type I was 51.2%, the type I 20%, the type III 5% and type IV 23.7%. The clinical significance of results mentioned above was discussed.
