摘　　要：随着现代信息社会的发展 ,图书馆置身于市场经济的竞争环境中 ,如何构建图书馆的核心竞争力已关系到图书馆未来的生存和发展。文章从人才、资源、管理、服务创新。With the development of modern information-intensive society, the library has already placed itself in the midst of the competitive environment of market economy; the research of core competence of a library has become a key problem being studied, and really concerns the survival and the way of development of a library in the future. Generally speaking, it is still theoretically on the stage of how to establish the core competence of a library.
