摘　　要：从科学发展观的角度分析了积极财政政策是一种应急的政策,不宜长期执行,实践中也已经凸显出一系列不容忽视的问题。现在中央决定财政政策向稳健型转型,是又一次的科学抉择,是完全可行的,必将为我国经济新一轮稳定持续发展创造良好的条件。From the angle of scientific development, active policies on finance are implemented in an emergent situation and are not suitable for long term implementation. A series of pressing problems have emerged. That central government decides to shift its financial polices to steady ones is a scientific choice. It surely will create good conditions for the new round steady and sustained development of economy in our country.
