摘  要:为平衡润滑油脱腊催化剂的加氢和裂化功能,考察了以中孔沸石 ZSM-8作载体,经 H3PO4 改性的润滑油脱蜡双功能催化剂. 结果表明:经P改性后,ZSM-8的晶体结构几乎没有发生变化,但沸石总酸度有所降低;沸石表面B酸中心数和L酸中心数随w(P)的増加而减少,有利于抑制润滑油临氢催化脱蜡的裂解、聚合、生焦等副反应;催化剂的w(P)为3.5%时,催化活性、选择性较好,在p(H2)为14.5 MPa,氢/油体积比为700,空速为1.35 h-1,温度约 400 ℃的反应条件下,370 ℃以上润滑油馏分的凝点低于-15 ℃,黏度指数为97.For dewaxing of lube oil the bifunctional catalysts over ZSM-8 zeolite were modified by impregnating H_3PO_4. ZSM-8 crystallization had very little change by phosphorus improving behaviors, but the zeolite's acidity could be reduced a little. B acid center sites of the zeolite surface and L acid centers were reduced along with phosphorus content increase, which was in favor of restraining such by-reactions as cracking, polymerization and coking for dewaxing of lube oil in hydrogenation. The catalysts' different phosphous contents on their behaviors were investigated. The results showed that, with mass fraction of P being 3.5%, the catalyst had better activation and selectivity. Under the reaction condition of hydrogen pressure being 14.5 MPa, H_2/oil molar ratio being 700, space velocity being 1.35 h^(-1) and reaction temperature being about 400 ℃, above 370 ℃ lubricating oil distillate's freezing point was lower than -15 ℃, viscosity was 97.
