摘 要:聚合物驱井中抽油杆偏磨是由抽油杆下冲程时的下行阻力与聚合物施加给抽油杆的附加法向力引起的.建立了聚驱井抽油杆的力学模型,推导了抽油杆扶正器间距合理配置的微分方程,给出了确定扶正器间距及数目的计算方法,编制了聚驱井扶正器间距合理配置的计算机程序.现场试验结果表明:抽油杆偏磨得到控制,平均无故障工作时间超过500d.平均寿命提高1.4~1.9倍。The main causes of side-abrasion of a sucker rod in polymer holes are analyzed: It is due to the resistance during down stroke and normal force attached by the polymer. We have established a mathematical model of a sucker rod and derived differential equation of centralizer configuration intervals. The methods on computing centralizer intervals, centralizer number are given. On the basis of the methods, a program used to compute the centralize gap is provided. It is proved in local use that side-abrasion of a sucker can be controlled and it can work for more than 500 days without any failures and the average service life has been prolonged by 1.4 ~ 1.9 times.
