摘　　要：在研究数字电视 (DTV) 制式、开发数字电视产品、监测数字电视系统运行、维修数字电视设备时,需提供图像格式不同、扫描和编码参数不一的多种码流.本文基于美国 AMCC 公司的 PCI 专用接口芯片 S5933,由一块通用计算机插卡经开关转换实现了高清晰度电视码流输出和截取的功能,输出和截取的码率范围为 3 Mbps～ 30 Mbps,码率满足高清晰度电视 (HDTV)所需,码流连续,无误码.Diversiform bit streams with different picture formats and scanning and coding parameters must be provided in studying digital television system and developing digital television production and supervising the running of digital tele- vision system and servicing digital television equipments. In this paper, the outputting and getting of High Definition Television (HDTV) transport stream (TS) is accomplished by the switched conversion of a circuit board constructing on a foundation of S5933 which is a special interface integration chip of Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI). The data transmissionbit-rateinoutputtingand getting is from 3Mbps to30Mbps, which can satisfyHigh Definition Television, and the bit streams are continuous and have no failure bits.
