摘  要:某发电厂200MW型液调控制的汽轮发电机组多次发生机组合闸困难甚至合闸失败,并出现了运行中无跳闸保护动作信号情况下跳闸等故障,通过对机组调节保安系统进行全面的检查、检测和分析,认为引起机组故障的原因是调节保安系统本身的缺陷:解脱错油门下部连杆与解脱线圈的铁心对中稍差;解脱滑阀过封度过小,仅为1 14mm(标准为1 5~3 0mm)。经更换手动解脱滑阀、解脱套筒、解脱弹簧,调整解脱滑阀过封度为2 0mm后,机组调节保安系统恢复正常。A 200 MW hydraulic-controlled steam-turbo unit in some power plant experienced time after time difficult or even failed switching-on and suffered tripping without trip protection signaling.Upon thorough investigation into the governing and protecting system of the unit,it is concluded that the faults were caused by the defects in the governing and protecting system,which included poorish alignment between lower connecting rod of release pilot valve and release coil core, and small overlapping (1.14 mm only,smaller than the standard value of 1.5~3.0 mm) of the release pilot valve.The system reverts back to normal operation after replacing manual release pilot valve, release sleeve,release spring and adjusting the overlapping of the release pilot valve to 2.0 mm.
