吉林省2003年保持无脊髓灰质炎进展情况分析

摘　　要：吉林省 2 0 0 3年急性弛缓性麻痹 (AFP)病例监测系统共报告AFP病例 80例 ,分布在 4 1个县 (市、区 ,下同 ) ,占全省总县数的 6 8 33%。 <1 5岁儿童非脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )AFP病例报告发病率 1 5 8/ 1 0万 ,报告后 4 8h内调查率 96 %,合格粪便标本采集率 83%,粪便标本 7d内送达率 96 %,随访表 75d内送达率 89%。 2 0 0 3年在 6 0个县开展口服脊灰疫苗强化免疫 ,第 1轮应种儿童 70 75 39人 ,实种儿童 6 72 70 8人 ,报告接种率 95 0 8%;第 2轮应种儿童71 0 91 0人 ,实种儿童 6 790 2 8人 ,报告接种率 95 5 2 %。在登记的应种儿童中 ,第 1轮零剂次免疫儿童 1 81 5 7人 ,占登记儿童数的 2 5 7%;第 2轮零剂次免疫儿童 1 4 2 6 5人 ,占登记儿童数的 2 0 1 %。吉林省保持无脊灰还面临着严峻的形势 ,为防止输入脊灰野病毒病例的发生 ,必须不断提高AFP病例监测质量 ,保证各项措施的落实 ,保持高水平的常规免疫接种率 ,建立起有效的免疫屏障。AFP cases were reported by AFD surveillance System in 2003, which distributed 41 counties accounting for 68.33% of all counties of Jilin Province. The reported incidence of non-polio AFP was 1.58/100000 children under 15 years old, Ninety six % cases were investigated within 48 h after report, the collection rate of adequate stool specimens was 83%. 96% of the stool specimens were delivered within 7 d. The follow up forms within 75 d was 89%. The OPV supplementary immunization was conducted in 60 counties in 2003, during the first round the target children were 707 539, the vaccinated children were 672 708, the reported coverage was 95.08%; during the second round the target children were 710 910, the vaccinated children were 679 028, the reported coverage was 95.52%. Among the registered target children, 18 157 children were vaccinated zero dose in the first round, which was 2.57%, 14 265 children were vaccinated zero dose in the second round, which was 2.01%. Jilin Province still faces austere situation to sustain polio-free status. To prevent the occurrence of imported cases caused by wild poliovirus, the AFP surveillance quality must be improved continuously, guarantee the implementation of all measures, keep high level routine immunization coverage and establish effective immunization barrier.
