摘　　要：数字图像处理技术在医学、工业、军事等方面已经广泛应用。其经典算法有局部平均法、中值滤波、拉普拉斯算法等。VisualC 是Microsoft公司推出的编程工具 ,它是图形处理上具有很大优势的软件开发工具之一。VisualC 一个图形的开发界面 ,它提供了丰富的关于位图操作的函数 ,为开发图像处理系统提供了极大的方便。总之 ,利用VisualC 编程语言 ,结合经典的图像处理算法对图像进行拉普拉斯锐化等处理将取得良好效果。The technology of processing of digital image has be used exlensively in medicine, industry,military affairs and so on. There are some classic arithmetic such as partly average algorithm,median filter technology,and Laplacian algorithm.Visual Cis a programming language protrusioned by Microsoft company.It is one of the most preponderant softwares in the technology of processing digital image.Visual Chad image developing interface. It produced many functions of processing bit map. It provided maximum convenience to develop image processing system.It would get so long as much the better, sharping image by using Visual Cprogramming language and integrating classic arithmetic of processing digital image.
