湖北阳新农村居民钩虫感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解当前农村居民钩虫感染情况 ,为今后的防治工作提供依据。方法饱和盐水浮聚法定性检查钩虫卵 ,Kato Katz法定量计数 ,钩蚴培养确定虫种。结果本次检查 12 4 4人 ,居民钩虫感染率为 2 4 .2 8% ,感染率以4 1 5 0年龄组最高 (36 .2 2 % ) ,女性感染率和感染度均高于男性。单纯十二指肠钩虫感染者占 4 1.39% ,美洲钩虫感染者占 2 5 .17% ,混合感染者占 33.4 4 %。结论阳新县钩虫流行仍十分严重 ,呈现为十二指肠钩虫为主的混合感染 ,感染高峰为 4 1 5 0年龄组。Objective To know the epidemic situation of hookwo rm -infection in rural area of Yangxin country of Hubei province, so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The hookworm egg was detected qualitatively with saturate salt-solution floating method. The egg count was carried with Kato-Katz method. The species of parasite was ident ified with hookworm larva culturing method. Results Of 1224 d etected residents, the rate of hookworm-infection was 24.28%.The highest infect ion rate was in the group at the age of 41-50(36.22%).Both the infection rate and intensity of female group were higher than that of male. The infection rat e of Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus and mixed infection were 41.39%, 25.17% and 33.44% respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of h ookworm was still serious in the village of Yangxin county. It was characterized that the infection was mixed and predominatly with Ancylostoma duodenale,and th e infection was highest in the population at the age of 41-50.
