摘  要:目的建立新生乳鼠脑缺氧缺血动物模型。方法将临产(妊娠21d)雌性大鼠,在无菌环境条件下,剖开腹部,用止血钳完全阻断子宫体、子宫角的动脉血管,造成新生乳鼠急性脑缺氧缺血,致使脑部发生病理改变以及存活乳鼠行为的变化。结果随着完全阻断血管时间的延长,新生乳鼠死亡数增加,两者具有直线正相关关系(P<005)。成活的乳鼠与正常分娩的乳鼠,在翻身、爬行、对应激刺激(触摸、扎刺、高低温环境变化)等行为对比差异明显,而且身体发育增长缓慢。结论结扎临产大鼠子宫,可造成新生乳鼠急性脑缺氧缺血动物模型。此法操作简单、快速,脑缺氧缺血彻底,乳鼠脑部病理改变明显。存活的乳鼠出现程度不同的神经麻痹疾病症状。此项实验,可为人类探讨新生儿急性缺氧缺血疾病的病理学、生理学、药物治疗学等诸多方面,提供理想可靠的模型动物。Objective To establish the hypoxic ischemic brain_damaged animal model in baby rat. Methods Parturient (gestation 21 d) female rats, under integral asepsis,were operated on abdomen. Ateries of corpus uteri; and cornu uteri; were blocked in order to make baby rats brain damaged in hypoxia ischemia. Pathology of brain and the action were observed in baby rats. Results With prolonging the duration of blockage of the blood supply, the mortality of fetal rat increased, the relationship between them being positive linear correlation ( P <0 05). The development of body weight and behavior in baby rat was retarded. The pathologic changes in the brain were apparent, which were similar to the neonatal. Conclusion The animal model can be used for the study of neonatal hypoxic ischemic brain damage.
