仙人掌粉对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察仙人掌粉对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用正常及食饵性高脂血症大鼠模型,观察仙人掌粉对正常大鼠和高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。结果仙人掌粉对正常大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)有降低作用,但与正常饲料组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),对正常大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)无影响。而对实验性高脂血症大鼠,仙人掌粉高、中、低三剂量组均能显著降低血清TC、LDLC、AI(P<0.01)、TG(P<0.05),且其降脂作用与给药剂量有关。结论仙人掌粉对正常大鼠及实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂均有调节作用,而对后者作用更为显著。Objective To observe the effect of the dry powder of Opuntia in treatment of experimental hyperlipemia Wistar rats. Methods\ The curative effect of the dry powder of Opuntia on blood lipids in normal and hyperlipemia Wistar rats was observed. Results\ After the treatment with dry powder of Opuntia,the level of TC in nomal Wistar rats decreased, showing no significant difference in comparison with normal feed group ( P >0.05). The levels of TC,LDL C,AI( P <0.01),TG( P <0.05) were lower significantly in hyperlipemia Wistar rats after treated with high dose,middle dose,low dose of Opuntia. Conclusion\ The dry powder of Opuntia may regulate the level of blood lipids in normal and hyperlipemia Wistar rats.The effect is more obvious in hyperlipemia rats than in normal rats.
