大隐静脉曲张并发溃疡的治疗与术式改进

摘　　要：目的　探讨大隐静脉曲张并发溃疡手术治疗的适应证、术式改进及治疗效果。　方法　对2 3例 31条下肢大隐静脉曲张并发溃疡行自足端静脉起逆行分段结扎大隐静脉。　结果　 2 3例均治愈 ,无并发症。　结论　大隐静脉并发溃疡的病因以浅静脉及交通支静脉瓣膜功能不全导致反流及扩张为主 ,治疗方式应以手术为主 。Objective To review the surgical indication and evaluate a modified operation for varix saphena magna cohabit ulcer. Metheds 23 patients with 31 limbs underwent the modified operation: retrogradely ligation of great saphenous vein from dorsal vein of foot. Results All patients cured without complication. Conclusion Varix saphera magna cohabit ulcer is mainly caused by valve dysfunction of superficial and communicating vein, the result demonstrate that the modified operation compares favorably with the classical one.
