摘　　要：　针对数字水准仪编码标尺所包含的信息,设计了一种基于相位差法编制的数字水准仪编码标尺.然后以该数字水准仪编码标尺为识别对象,提出了一种数字水准仪编码标尺图像识别算法.首先识别编码标尺上黑白条码宽度,确定出参考码R和信息码A、B.其次判断CCD中心线与信息码A、B中心线的位置关系,依据已知参考信息A、B码中心线位置对应的高度值,可确定编码标尺读数.模拟测量结果表明:在对数字水准仪编码标尺图像信息完成数据采集和图像处理、边缘检测、二值化数字图像处理后,利用该算法能够准确识别出编码标尺上黑白条码的实际宽度和编码标尺读数.Based on tapping and studying on digital levels,a kind of coded level ruler of digital levels is designed firstly.A kind of algorithm in image recognition for the coded level ruler of digital levels is brought forward.The realization of the algorithm is divided into two parts.The reference code R and information code A & B is confirmed by recognising the simulation width of the black and white bars on the coded level reler.The coded lever ruler's reading is confirmed by judging the position realation of CCD center line,and the code A & B'center line,and by the hight of code A & B center line.The analog measurable results have proved that the black and white bar width and the coded level reler's reading can be accurately recognized by using the algorithm after finishing the data acquisition and the pre_processing,edgedetection,binarization of the coded level reler's image.
