摘　　要：森林是地球碳循环重要的汇和库,随着气候变化框架公约谈判的深入,开辟了碳汇产权化、森林生态功能有形化、生态服务有偿化的新思路。本文分析了开展碳汇项目研究的迫切性及其对林业在思路、资金、管理等方面的意义,提出了开展试点的建议和意见。Forest is an important pool and storage of global carbon cycling.With the negotiation over the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCNN) getting further intensified,a new thought of making carbon pool as property right, shaping forest ecological function and compensating for the forest ecological service is put forward.The urgency in research on carbon sequestration and its significance are analyzed. Some suggestions are advanced about its experiment.
