摘 要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,天然沸石为载体,用溶胶 凝胶法制备了天然沸石负载TiO2光催化剂,用紫外可见吸收光谱、比表面积、红外光谱和X射线衍射等分析技术对沸石负载TiO2光催化剂进行了表征,以甲基橙为目标降解染料,考察了TiO2负载量、催化剂用量、热处理温度等不同条件下催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明,用天然沸石为载体所制得的TiO2光催化剂对于甲基橙具有较好的光催化降解效果。TiO_(2)-loaded natural zeolite photocatalyst (TiO_(2)/zeolite) was prepared by sol-gel technique using tetra-n-butyl titanate as the titanic source and natural zeolite as the supporter, and characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectrum, IR spectrum,BET surface area measurement and X-Ray diffraction. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution was performed in aqueous suspensions of TiO_(2)/zeolite irradiated by UV-light. The effects of the amount of TiO_(2) loaded on the natural zeolite, the catalyst concentration, and the heating treatment temperature on the photocatalytic activities were studied. The experimental results showed that the TiO_(2 )-loaded natural zeolite photocatalyst had a good photocatalytic activity to degrade methyl orange.
