摘　　要：本文用 XRD、EPMA、EDAX 等方法,研究了 Sr_(1-x)Ca_xCuO_2 固溶体.发现在用快速淬冷法研制的 Bi_(1.7)Pb(0.3)Sr_2Ca_3Cu_4O_y 超导体中,上述固溶体是一种主要的非超导相,它的存在,为Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8相到 Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10)相的转变提供了 Ca、Cu 元素,随着 Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10)相的增加,固溶体中钙的原子分数的值下降.The solid solution of Sr_(1-x)Ca_xCuO_2 is investigated by means of XRD,EPMA and EDAXmethods.It is found that in the Bi_(1.7)Pb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_3Cu_4O_y superconductor prepared by the meltquenching method the above solid solution is a main non-superconductive phase which promotesthe phase transformation from Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8 to Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10) by providing the elementsof Ca and Cu.The value of the atomic fraction of Ca in Sr_(1-x)Ca_xCuO_2 decreases while thephase of Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10) increases.
