摘 要:用熔体快速淬冷法制备了数种 Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO 玻璃,进而用拉丝设备将这些玻璃拉成纤维,用XRD、DTA 和 SEM 等手段,研究了玻璃成分变化对成丝能力和晶化后超导性的影响.结果表明:Bi 系玻璃中在一定范围内,Bi_2O_3和 Al_2O_3含量的增加以及 CaO 含量的减少将有益于改善玻璃的成丝能力.一般说来,玻璃拉成纤维后虽经相同条件晶化处理,其 T_c 值将明显下降.然而经过努力本文获得的超导纤维之最高 T_c 值达到104K.Several kinds of Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO glass preforms were prepared by the melt-quenchingmethod,furthermore Bi-based glass fibers were drawn from these glass preforms using a simplefiber-drawing apparatus.The effects of glass composition on fiber drawing ability and su-perconductivity of crystallized sample were studied by XRD,DTA and SEM etc.,The resultsindicated that in limited region the increase of Bi_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 content as well as the decreaseof CaO content in the Bi-based glasses would be benificial to the improvement of fiber-drawingability.For most glass-ceramics crystallized at suitable condition,its T_c value was over 100K.Although the T_c value was generally lowered down greatly for the fibers crystallized at the samecondition as the preforms,a maximum T_c value of 104K was obtained for a certain fiber.
