摘　　要：本文认为必须在保护文化遗产和环境的基础上进行可持续性的旅游业开发 ,并就政府主要在哪些方面发挥好主导作用等 ,提出了自己的见解。On the base of protecting both cultural heritage and environment,this article emphasizes that the government must play leading role in the sustainable tourism development.How and where the government plays this role is illustrated in this article.
