发达国家标准化战略及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：当今世界 ,技术标准不仅是保护、占领国内市场的标志 ,而且是争夺、抢占国外市场 ,提高国家竞争力的有力手段 ,是国家利益和价值观念的载体。近年来 ,发达国家为了消除技术壁垒 ,保护自身利益、限制他国发展 ,纷纷制定、实施标准化战略。本文分析了发达国家制定标准化战略的背景以及发达国家标准化战略要点与特点 。In the present world, technical standards not only mark the protection and occupation of the home market, but serve as an effective way of scrambling for overseas markets and enhancing national competitive, and an embodiment of national interests and values as well.The developed countries have been making out and implementing the strategy of standadization in order to protect their own interests by diminishing technical barriers while preventing other countries developing.With an analysis of the background of making standarization strategy and its strategic points and features in the developed countries ,this essay expounds the main measures these counrtries have taken to carry out this strategy as well as its suggestion to China.
