摘 要:常压干燥成形方法适用于小规模叶蛋白饲料生产,其成本低但产品质量不稳定,常产生较多的难以被动物消化利用的黑色坚硬粗粒,降低叶蛋白饲料的质量。本试验研究了四种不同的低温(45℃)常压干燥成形方法。结果表明,在干燥前期定期翻动叶蛋白滤饼,当滤饼含水量降至30%以下后对其进行预粉碎处理的干燥方法最好,它不仅能生产出质量较好的叶蛋白饲料,而且干燥时间短、成本低。The method of drying and forming under the atmospheric pressure is suitable for the production of LPF on a small scale. The cost of this method is low but the product quality is not stable . And this method frequently produces more black hard coarse grains that are difficult to be digested and utilized by animals . Thus the quality of LPF is low ered . This experiment has studied four different methods of drying and forming at the lower temperature (45())and under the atmospheric pressure . The results showed that it was of the best prebreaking dry method to LPF that the filter pake of LPF was turned over regularly at the earlier stage and that the water content of the filter cake was reduced to below 30 percent . The LPF produced by this method was not only good in quality ,but also its drving time was short and its cost was low.
