摘　　要：通过对航道通过能力定义及其影响因素的分析,运用网络理论,提出了系统测算航道(网)通过能力的数学模型,并据此提出了各等级航道的通过能力数量级。By analysing the definitions and the factors affecting the capacity and using methods of network optimization, this paper works out a mathematical model for the systematic calculation of the waterways or waterway networks. On the basis of this model, quantity scales of the capacity of the rated waterways are presented.
