不同疾病血清BGP测定结果分析

摘　　要：以放射免疫分析法检测了5组不同疾病患者(n=157)的血清BGP水平,并与正常对照组(n=56)进行了比较。结果表明,绝经后女性(n=89)与慢性尿毒症(n=22)血清BGP明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而糖尿病(n=34),柯兴氏综合征(n=3)及转移性骨肿瘤(n=9)血清BGP明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。经分析认为:血清BGP的检测,为研究骨代谢和某些内分泌代谢性骨病,提供了一种新的手段。Serum bone gla—protein (BGP)levels of 5 groups with different diseases (n=157) were measured using a RIA method and compared with a control group(n=56). The results showed that the values obtained from the menopause (n=89) and chronic uremia (n=22) groups were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), while those from the diabetes (n=34), the Cushing's Syndrome(n=3) and the metastatic osteocarcinoma (n=9) groups were considerably lower(P<0.01). It was demonstrated that measurement of serum BGP levels might be of great significance in studying the mechanism of osteo metablism and certain osteometabolic disorders.
