体外震波碎石和中药为主综合排石治疗胆囊结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：采用体外震波碎石和中药为主综合排石治疗胆囊结石患者500例。结石粉碎率达96.8％。1、3、6、12个月的结石消失率分别为31.9％、38.6％、44.1％和59.8％。认为应用震波碎石和中药为主综合排石的方法,充分发挥中药的利胆、理气、健脾和胃、抗菌消炎等调理作用,促进被粉碎的结石排入肠道,提高了临床治疗效果。Five handred patients with cholelithiasis were treated by external shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) combined with Chinese herbs. The communited rate of stone were 96.8% and the disappeared rate were 31.9%, 38.6%, 44.1% and 58.9% in 1,3,6 and 12 months respectively. It suggested that ESWL combined Chinese herbs may raised the therapeutical effectiveness and that Chinese herbs has play fully in cholagogue, nomalizing the secretion, strengthening the spleen and stomach and antibiosis.
