摘  要:用复方骨愈片治疗小白鼠股骨闭合性骨折,经肉眼、生物力学、X线片及电镜观察结果表明,用药组骨胶原纤维网、钙球、新生毛细血管突、哈佛氏系统、前成骨细胞、破骨细胞成倍增加,骨痂生成快,硬度及抗折力等项目较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。复方骨愈片中含多种微量元素,经骨细胞通道钙泵作用及哈佛氏系统,高钙区向低钙区净移,补充体内及骨细胞营养物质,并激活ATP及PTH两个系统,调节钙、磷、锌等元素在线粒体、高尔基体、溶酶体等场地交换,Ca^(++)转入骨细胞内沉积,增加骨细胞Ca^(++)贮存及钙球融合,使骨细胞岛提早形成,促进骨折愈合。The mice with closed fracture in femoral were treated by compound bone—healed tablet. The results observed by naked eye,biomechanics analysis, X-ray and electron microscope showed that the osteocollagenous fibroreticula, calcopherites, neoformative capillary processes, Haversan system, proosteoblasts and osteoclasts were increased in the treated group. In this experiment,there were significant differences in the rate of porosis formation,porotie hardness and resistance to fracture compared with control group(P<0.05). It is believed that compound bone—healed tablet contain microelements which supply nutrition to the body and osteocytes and move calcium from the high level areas to the low by calcium pump of osteocytic channel and Haversian system. These microelements also active both ATP and PTH systems and regulate exchanging sites of calcium ,phosphorus ,zinc and other microelements in the mitochodria ,Golgi complexes,lysosomes and other ogganelles. Calcium enter and diposited in the osteocytes,which increase the reserve of calcium and fusion of calcospherites,promote the formation of osteocytic islets earlier and the healing of rapidly fracture.
