苦参对慢性结肠炎及实验大白鼠结肠坏死作用观察

摘　　要：对85例慢性结肠炎患者行苦参保留灌肠治疗。结果:缓解64例,好转16例,有效率94.1％,与18例综合治疗比较差异显著(P<0.01)。对46只大白鼠实验结肠坏死,分30％苦参溶液灌肠组、1.5％痢特灵混悬液灌肠组及对照组,观察结肠的钡灌肠形态及病理改变,发现苦参有减少炎细胞渗出、促进溃疡愈合作用。认为苦参对轻、中度结肠炎具有较好的局部治疗作用,并可作为重度结肠炎的辅助治疗。Eighty five cases of chronic colitis were treated by retention enema of Sophora flavescens. The results showed that 64 cases obtained remission and 16 cases made improvement, the effective rate being 94.1％ with statistically significant difference(P<0.01) as compared with that of combined treatment in 18 cases. Furthermore, experimental models of colonic necrosis were made in 46 rats which were divided into three groups(a) treated with 30％ Sophore flavescens retention enema, (b) treated with 1.5％ fruazolidone suspension retention enema, and (c) non-treated group controls. The results showed that Soshora flavescens could reduce exudation of inflammatory cells and promote ulcer healing. It is indicated that Sophora flavescens has a good local effect for mild and moderate chronic colitis and can serve as adjuvant for severe colitis.
