摘  要:研究了热轧工艺对热轧态双相钢组织稳定性的影响。试样在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行轧制。用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)进行组织分析。试验结果表明,试验钢在850~950℃范围内终轧以及轧后冷速在1℃/s以内波动时,马氏体体积百分数和钢的硬度的变化都很小。这表明试验钢能很好地适应工业生产中各工艺参数的波动。The effect of hot working process on the stability of microstructure of as-hot-rolled dual-phase steel was examined. The specimens were rolled by Gleeble-1500 hot-simulated testing machine, and the microstructure was observed by means of SEM and TEM. Experimental results show: while the final rolling temperature is within the range of 850~950℃ and the cooling rate lower than 1℃/s, the change in the volume fraction of martensite is small (less than 1.1%); and so is the change in hardness of steel. The results indicate that the experimental steel can fit the industrial production conditions in which larger changes of processing parameters exist.
