摘　　要：本文采用金相、显微硬度和扫描电镜等试验分析技术,对螺旋弹簧进行了金相组织、显微硬度及断口形貌分析研究。结果表明,弹簧弯钩内侧表面缺陷为疲劳源区,导致疲劳失效。The failed spiral spring has been investigated by using metallograph, microhardness, SEM, etc. The resulls showed that the hoop defects on the inside surface of the spring hook were the oringins of fatigue cracks and finally resulted in failure.
