摘　　要：本文介绍一种新颖的示波冲击测试方法。用数字存贮示波器捕捉下载荷时间曲线,记录在磁记录器上保存。事后磁记录器将记录下的曲线重放送入计算机进行分析处理,从而避免了试验环境对计算机的影响。用此方法研究了5CrNiMnMoVSCa塑料模具钢的横向冲击性能。In this paper, a new impact energy analysis system is introduced. With this system, the impact oscillogram of load vs time obtained and displayed by a digital storage oscilloscope are recorded on a magnetic tape. Afterwards the data recorded are sent to the computer system and analyzed by it so that the environmental interference can be avoided. Using this method, the transverse impact toughness of free-cutting plastic die steel 5NiCrMnMoVSCa has been tested.
