极图的不完整性对板材织构信息的影响

摘　　要：本文测量了经再结晶退火的钢板和铝板不同不完整性的极图,计算了相应的取向分布函数。分析表明,极图不完整性对线织构特征强的金属板材的织构信息有较弱的影响,因此在线织构无损检测技术更适用于这类板材的生产。The pole figures with different incompleteneess were measured for annealed steel sheet and aluminium sheet. The corresponding orientation distribution functions were calculated. It was shown that the texture information in metal sheets with strong fibre texture was 1ess influenced by the incompleteness of pole figures. Therefore, the on-line nondestructive texture teSting technology is more appropriate to be used in the production of this kind of metal sheets.
