毛白杨和河北杨锈菌交叉接种的研究

摘　　要：通过交叉接种试验和病原菌形态及越冬场所的观察,证实了毛白杨锈病和河北杨锈病是由同一种病原菌—杨栅锈菌(Melampsora rostrupii Wagner)引起。采集鉴定了河北杨枝干病害的7种病原真菌,其中3种是国内新纪录。Identifies the pathogenic fungus of Popuius tomentosa and P. hopiensis is of the same species , Melampsora rostrupii Wagner, through studies on cross inoculation, pathogenic fungi morphology and its over wintering places. Research on branch and stem diseases of P. hopiensis,7 pathogenic fungi were differentiated in which 3 are first recorded in China.
