秦巴山区中草药治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究及临床观察

摘　　要：作者以秦巴山区中草药为主组方,制成多种剂型,应用于不同病变部位,20年来治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎359例,总有效率:灌肠加栓剂组96%;单纯灌肠组94.1%;口服溃结灵肠溶胶囊组87.5%;外用栓剂组89%,对照组(补脾益肠丸)65%,实验组与对照组有明显差异(P<0.005),治疗前后经结肠粘膜活检材料电镜观察病变明显改善。药物抑菌实验证明对多种细菌有中度抑菌作用;药理证明对离体家兔、豚鼠肠管收缩有缓慢抑制作用,因而这一方药具有止痛、止泻及消炎作用。For 20 years, the herbs from Qingba Moun-tains have been administered, in various prescrip-tions, for the treatment of 359 patients withchronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. The total ef-fective rate for the group treated with enteroclysmand suppositorium was 96%; with enteric coatingcapsule, 94.1% and in control group, 65% (P<0. 005). Significant changes are recognized by elec-tron microscope before and after the treatment.These herbs have been proved experimentally to bemoderate bacteriostasis to some bacteria. Pharma-cological study in vitro on the intestine of rabbitsor rats shows that these herbs can shorten the con-tracting amplitude, and also can reduce the dura-tion of diarrhoea of rats induced by cassia angusti-folia Vahl. So these herbs are shown to have resis-tant effects upon pain, diarrheoa and infection.
