摘 要:应用等电聚焦电泳技术分析了4种竹蝗和3种雏蝗的酯酶同工酶,结果表明酯酶在这二属之间及属内种或亚种之间都有明显的差异。竹蝗属的酯酶共显示10~11条带,pI(等电点)范围pH4.0~7.0;雏蝗属共有9~10条带,pI范围pH3.9~6.9。从酶谱上获得的信息结合形态及地理分布特征,建议将黑翅竹蝗和思茅竹蝗提升为种,同时支持将黄脊竹蝗从竹蝗属中分出来独立成新属。雏蝗属中形态相似的夏氏雏蝗和白纹雏蝗为两个同域近缘种。Using the isoelectric focus electrophoretic technique, the esterase isozyme from four species of Ceracris and three species of Chorthippus were studied. The results indicate that esterase iszoyme shows distinct difference between two genera and among inter and intragenerie species or subspecies. The zymogram has 10~11 and 9~10 bands which pI (points of isoelectric) range from pH 4.0~7.0 and 3.9~6.9 in species of Ceracris and Chorthippus respectively. The information from the zymogram, morphological and distributing suggests that Ceracris fasciata fasciata and C. fasciata szemaoensis should be two different species, Chorthippus hsiai and, Ch. albonemus belonging to sympatric sibling species.
