摘　　要：目的探讨根治性胃切除术后并发症的再手术问题。方法回顾性分析1994-05～2004-06接受根治性胃切除术患者652例的病历资料。结果需再手术的主要并发症为腹腔脓肿、吻合口瘘和术后出血,再手术后死亡率为35.5%(11/31)。结论根治性胃切除术后早期并发症再手术死亡率高,预防并发症有助于降低术后死亡率。Objective:To evaluate the issue of reoperation for early complications after radical gastrectomy.Methods:The data of 652 consecutive patients who underwent radical gastrectomy from May 1994 to Jun 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The major complications needed reoperation were intraabdominal abscess, anastomotic fistula and postoperative bleeding. The mortality of reoperation was 35.5%(11/31).Conclusion:The mortality of reoperation for early complications after radical gastrectomy was high. A low mortality could be realized by preventing these complications.
